In this episode of our extensive Nutritional Medicine Report series, Janice Shayne, CEO, interviews naturopathic physician Mark Cooper on Chronic Fatigue.

Dr. Cooper did his premedical studies at the University of Colorado at Denver, his medical training at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland Oregon, and received his masters of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, also in Portland. He has been published a number of articles and has lectured widely at hospitals, community colleges, state universities as well as at his alma mater.

Dr. Cooper currently heads a general naturopathic family medicine practice in Colorado Springs, CO.

Dr. Duryea obtained her bachelors in Human Biodynamics from UC Berkeley and later, her chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic West. Her evidence-based science education from those institutions created a love of research. Dr.Duryea’s focus over the past 17 years has been in research in the areas of lower extremity biomechanics and the application of foot orthoses, as well as whole food nutrition and its influence on health and athletic performance.

Dr. Duryea is an avid rower, and has integrated her knowledge of biomechanics and health for competitive rowers to assist with the intense demands of the sport on the body.

Currently, Dr. Duyea divides her time between her clinical practice as a chiropractor and whole food nutritional consultant, and conducting peer review clinical studies on the on the impact of using whole food supplementation in clinical protocols. She lives in Boulder, CO.

He as also authored of several books, an extensive array of audios and videos; and is a frequent lecturer at the colleges of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Cropley is widely regarded as one of today’s leading thinkers and teachers in nutrition and the philosophy of natural healing.
